The New Mexico Rural Electric Cooperative Association provides legislative and educational services for the 15 cooperatives who are members of NMRECA that deliver electric power to New Mexico's rural areas and small communities. Each cooperative has a representative on the association's board of directors, which controls the editorial content and advertising policy of enchantment through its Communications Committee.
